1. Reservation Policy

• A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 50% of the total booking amount.
• The remaining balance is due upon arrival at the resort.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made before the check-in day will be refunded, minus a 30% deduction of the total booking amount as a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations on the day of arrival or no-shows will forfeit the entire deposit.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM.
• Check-out time: 12:00 PM.
• Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Payment Policy

• Payment for all additional services during your stay must be settled during check-out.

5. Guest Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property or facilities during their stay.
• Loss of room keys or access cards will incur a replacement fee.

6. Force Majeure

• The resort is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions.

7. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana

8. Acceptance

• By confirming a booking and making a deposit, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
